PDF originally formed known as Pacific Carpet under sole-proprietorship was registered on 1976. In order to rationalize operations, PC Carpet & Layer Sdn Bhd (155748-X) was incorporated on 4th September 1986.

The name PC Carpet & Layer Sdn Bhd has been changed to PDF on 14th February 2000 because of change in principal activity. Currently, the principal activities of PDF is wholesale, retail, dealers of carpet, interior furnishing material, interior decorators and furnishes (constructions and renovation).

PDF currently specializes and focuses on private homes, public buildings, government projects, commercial industries such as offices, restaurants, hospitals, hotels and theaters.
